Certified Laser Technologist Course/Laser Safety Officer Course
This course is a 40 hour didactic, interactive classroom course and a 3 day 24 hour hands-on course that meets the requirements for the State of Arizona to become a Certified Cosmetic Laser Technologist. This will allow you to operate cosmetic lasers/IPL devices in the State of Arizona, under the direct supervision of designated medical professionals. This 7 day course is designed for the student to be able to understand and operate cosmetic laser/IPL device for hair reduction, vein treatment, skin smoothing, sun damage, and more. The student will also be instructed and certified as a Laser Safety Officer.
Certified Laser Safety Officer Course
This course will certify the student to become a Certified Laser Safety Officer. The American National Standards Institute and all state regulatory agencies require a Certified Laser Safety Officer on the premises where Class 3B and Class 4 Cosmetic Lasers are being operated. This course is accepted in most states, (please check with your board) is an approved course by the State of Arizona Department of Health Services, Bureau of Radiation Control and meets the requirements of the American National Standard Institute.
Hands On Laser Training for the Medical Professional
This course is a cosmetic laser hands on and didactic training course for Medical Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant. This course is designed for medical professionals who own or plan to own and/or operate cosmetic lasers and desire hands on training for themselves or their staff. Check with your medical board to verify who else would be legally allowed to operate a cosmetic laser in your state.
24 Hour Laser Concepts and Applications Course for Medical Directors and Health Professional Cosmetic Laser Operators (Arizona Providers)
This didactic course is required by the Arizona Bureau of Radiation Control for any Medical Director or Health Professional Cosmetic Laser Operators. This course has been approved and certified by the Arizona Bureau of Radiation Control. This course will also include Laser Safety Officer certification as required by the the State of Arizona, Bureau of Radiation Control.
